Spring Steel Strip

In the UK over 90% of cold rolled spring steel sales are in CS70 and CS80 grades. Both grades are part of the BS1449 standard. Both grades are high carbon "spring" steel used in a variety of applications where high tensile strength is required. CS70 is normally supplied in the annealed condition, in which it is suitable for bending, shaping and forming, before heat treatment.
